Abstract

Three new species of Perrottetia Kunth in H.B.K. (Celastraceae) from the premontane and montane forests of Colombia are described and illustrated. It is proposed that P. caliensis Cuatrec. is synonymous with the older name P. quinduensis Kunth in H.B.K and a key for the Columbian species of the genus is presented.
