Two species of lichenicolous fungi from Ecuador are described: Pronectria parmotrematis, with erumpent, orange-brown ascomata and non ornaméntate ascospores, on Parmotrema sp. thallus (also from Colombia), and Trichonectria leptogiicola, with superficial, pink to orange ascomata, and striately ornaméntate ascospores, on Leptogium phyllocarpum thallus.
